We had issues with our Webasto diesel hot water heater in our Kimberly Karavan. New unit but would not work. Brad and Julie were unbelievably fantastic with their help and assistance, even at short notice. With Brad up to his eyeballs with three months of work he still had time to have a look at my problem. With his expert guidance he showed me what to do while receiving tech advice from Webasto Sydney. We determined where the fault was. Problem solved in the short term. Can't thank Brad enough for going out of his way to help. 5 stars for customer service...!!!!

Impressed with friendly service offered. Even though I had no booking for my Jayco motorhome, my problems were dealt with much quicker than I thought possible. Also I had asked for a replacement water pump to be fitted, however on his inspection he found a water leak which was causing the pump to malfunction, so that was a cost saved which I certainly appreciated. I will turn to The Camper Tamperer without fail when I next need help.

The owners of this business are genuinely caring people who fitted us during our travels to fix our stove and heater even though they are obviously very busy. The price was very reasonable and they never stopped smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend driving miles to use their services.

Brad and Julie are fantastic. Great communication and professionalism. Love that I can store my van and also work any work done on it as required. Fabulous service and that is out of the driveway and I don't have to look at it.Highly recommend Brad and Julie to anyone I talk to.

WE WILL BE BACK.Thought we had a water pump prob today in our Winnebago but your main man detected low batteries so no appointment & no cost for his time & a lovely helpful man. Plus receptionist was extremely obliging.We live in Mandurah but are very happy to travel to have The Camper Tamperer fix our motorhome problems.Thanks heaps.

Extremely happy with the repairs to my European caravan, Brad explained everything in detail about what to expect the results were beyond what I expected. Friendly, helpful. Camper Tamperer will be servicing my (not built for Australian roads) caravan so it shows up next to Aussi built caravans for a long time. Thank you Brad and Julie.
